Delivery charges are automatically calculated based on your shipping address through Canada Post.

After placing your order we will process and start creating your product. For our handmade coats it usually takes about 5-15 days from initial design to completed product. Please view your order in your account for updates.

An invoice is emailed to you after you place your order. If you do not receive this email please contact us.

On regular items we accept returns at buyers expense, subject to a 10% restocking fee.

For custom made products are sales are final and are non-refundable.
